WELCOME TO THE GRFC LADIES SECTION!!

The newly formed GWRFC section has grown from strength to strength since their re-launch in the 2006-07 season.  The team now boast a healthy playing squad of around 15-20 players to choose from.  These players range in age from 15 years of age to over 21 and a bit :) But we are always looking for more!

The ladies are taking part in the SRU development league and this allows teams to field players of all levels of experience with the emphasis being enjoyment and learning.

Still Interested? - GREAT! - Training takes place at the club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm.  All you need is some outdoor wear and preferably a pair of boots.  There is plenty of rugby kit lying around the club should you need some.  There are separate showers/changing rooms at the club for your use.

The women's section is a very important part of Grangemouth Rugby Club and are made to feel welcome.  They are actively involved in the club, supporting Saturday matches and taking part in social functions.

Turn up at the club at the times listed (see website for training alterations) for a run about.  If you require more information then e-mail us at the address shown below.
